Shipping
Orders containing in-stock items ship at least once per week, typically every Monday. We always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible and, when able, may ship sooner.
Local customers are welcome to schedule free local pickup, with most items available within two business days. If you need a rush order, please email us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that sometimes plans change or an item doesn’t work out as expected. We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@peytonkanehome.com and we will guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a local drop-off is coordinated.
Please note: custom items, final sale items, and used or damaged products are not eligible for exchange.
